While we can only provide a specific quote after a detailed consultation, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your project and provide a general cost estimate. Once we finalise the plans, we can offer a detailed and more accurate quote.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may necessitate budget adjustments, we’ll work collaboratively with you to find solutions that minimise cost overruns while ensuring the project meets your expectations. Open communication is vital, and we’ll discuss all options with you before proceeding.

The specific permits required for your building project will depend on the nature and scope of the work. This can include planning permits, building permits, and other approvals. At Bray Constructions, we understand that navigating the permit application process can be complex and time-consuming. That’s why we’re here to handle this process for you. The timeframe for a building project can vary depending on several factors, including size and complexity, council permits and approval times, availability of materials and the required labour. 

Below are a few general estimates for some of our most common projects:

  • Home Renovations: Smaller renovations may take a few months, while more significant renovations can take between six and twelve months.

     

  • Custom Built Homes: Custom builds typically take 6-12 months or more, depending on the project’s complexity.

     

  • Home Extensions: Extensions can take 3-6 months, depending on the size and complexity.
