This unique transformation of the ground floor and the addition of a first floor with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room, all with generous proportions has transformed this previously subdued house into an eye catching large family home in Sandringham.
The narrow site for this project made for specific challenges in both design and construction. An approximate five metre wide site made for limited access.
The original home in this case was known by neighbours as “The Ugly House.” After a thorough transformation of the entire home incorporating renovation and extension, it is now one of the highlights of this sought-after street in Mornington.
