Already a substantial family home, the addition of a new front fence with electronic gates, loop entrance with double carport and full landscaping have created an entirely fresh face to what once was a tired period home.
This home extension project is the culmination of a simple, functional idea combined with our architect’s grander vision to create not only a functional space, but a stunning showpiece.
Originally this site housed two separate cottages. The owners wanted to retain the period style of the front part of the original home and then move completely away from that style with a contempory, clean and functional extension comprising a new kitchen, dining and living areas, along with a new laundry and main bathroom.
