Bray have transformed our 3 bed, 1 bath single story unit into a 5 bed, 2 bath double story unit and modernised it and it looks fantastic. We picked Bray on recommendation from a friend and because we wanted a builder who partnered with an interior designer (wonderful Innate Home - Marlo) who could work together seamlessly to deliver what we wanted. The team at Bray were fantastic through each step of the process as first time renovators and very accommodating of changes and challenges. We were kept informed at every step of the process and they always took the time to patiently and warmly answer any and all questions. Unforseen issues were detailed properly so we could make informed decisions to resolve them and advice was always on hand when requested (and not pushed). We engaged Bray Constructions to restore and extend our Spanish mission character home in Elsternwick. The project also involved a modern extension with a second storey, and external landscaping. Lukas Bray and his team provided us with a superior level of service throughout the entire duration of the project. We found Lukas Bray to be professional, pleasant, and genuine in his overall demeanour. All forms of verbal and written communication were carried out in a timely and straightforward manner. The contract estimate was indicative of actual cost, with any additional fees incurred a result of our modifications/ additions to the project. During the construction process the team were considerate of our welfare and the security of our home. They were punctual, maintained a clean worksite, and acted in a respectful manner towards each other as well as our family. Our home was completed on time and to an impeccable standard. We are delighted with the result. Since completion, the high level of service has been maintained, with any defect query or request for contractor information provided in a timely manner. Jill & I recently returned to Melbourne and purchased a Villa in East Brighton that required significant renovation. After a chance introduction to Nev Bray, we soon met Lukas and Donna and into the planning stage we went. After some back and forward we finalised the plans, had the works costed, entered into a Contract and away we went. We were introduced to Tarquin and Cody and we were into the Construction phase. Lukas, Brendon and Team Bray managed our build from concept to construction. Lucas and his team did an amazing job transforming our house. It was a big job and they delivered it early and on budget. My father and my mate are both builders and both were impressed with the quality of the finish and the craftsmanship. More importantly Lucas and our site supervisor Brett were a pleasure to deal with. We really can’t recommend Bray Constructions enough. We have recently completed an extension with Bray Construction. We have a brick Californian Bungalow in McKinnon which we wanted to extend in a sympathetic manner to match the front of the house. Bray provided us with a "one stop" seamless solution and managed the drafting, council permits and build. We really wanted to partner with a builder who was going to manage our project with integrity and honesty. We also wanted a high quality build which would endure the years and our family life (as we have two small children). It was the care factor and attention to detail that made Bray different. Their project managers were also great communicators, so we found this reduced the stress of building. We are so happy with the finished product.
